You will be leading a team of partners. They in turn need to support the members, inspiring confidence. They need not have the answers but need to find them. Entrepreneurs experience all sorts of emotions, you must always be positive in order top support your membership.
Organiser
Putting on events requires more organisation than most delegates will ever realise. Do not underestimate this. You can delegate specific talks, and should do to people in your team who are better talented at certain areas.
A Business Person / Entrepreneur
Everything you do will be seen as an example of best practice by your membership. If you do not run your business well you are not teaching good principles. So, unashamedly go for making big profits. Manage the door tightly. Give your members and excellent service, ensuring they get all the sport and solutions they need to succeed.
Coaching People Skills
The membership will be diverse and need solutions and support in all sorts of ways. This includes such things as confidence building.
