Returns and Refunds Policy – Products

Where an error has been made in relation to your online purchase of products, please contact us on customerservice@thinkquality.co.uk. We will work with you to correct any such error, and if necessary make the refund or correction that is appropriate.

If you change your mind about purchasing products for any reason, Think Quality Ltd will honour your decision as long as you request a refund within 7 calendar days of the date on which you made the purchase.

To request a refund, please email customerservice@thinkquality.co.uk. Refunds for products will be provided via direct deposit and will be issued within 30 days of receipt of your enquiry.

Refunds – Services

Refunds – Training Presentations

We would love to see you at training, but we understand plans sometimes change. As we have contracts with venue’s and suppliers, our cancellation fees are:

31 calendar days prior: no cancellation fee
21 to 30 calendar days prior: 40% cancellation fee
8 – 20 calendar days prior: 75% cancellation fee
4 – 7 calendar days prior: 85% cancellation fee
Under 3 days prior: 100% cancellation fee
Non arrival: 100% cancellation fee*

* If a staff member cannot attend on the day of training, the organisation is welcome to send an alternative for that person

In the event that Think Quality Ltd cancels a training presentation, we will provide a full refund to the registered organisation (or individual) for the training presentation registration fee only. Think Quality Ltd does not reimburse other costs associated with the individual’s attendance at training which includes, but is not limited to travel, accommodation, salary or wages. Refunds for the full training registration fee will be provided via direct deposit and will be issued within 30 days.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

All products and services available on the Think Quality Ltd website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Purchases are shipped from our offices in Liverpool or from our fulfillment house by Royal Mail or other relevant transport agencies, to arrive within 7-10 business days from receipt of your order.

Additional transport insurance can be provided upon request.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Think Quality Ltd on the day the goods arrive.

International orders are welcome. If you wish us to ship an order internationally, contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Courier or Transport Delivery:

For goods requested to be delivered by Courier or other transport method, a street address is required.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. Where this is not possible for signature not to be provided upon delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. colleague, neighbour, building manager.
Think Quality Ltd bears no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Think Quality Ltd is not responsible for any damage after the goods have been shipped.
