The Service Offered

In addition, we can, if requested issue the debtor with a 1st reminder, 2nd reminder, a letter informing debtor that statutory or contractual interest will be charged and final reminder letter. If necessary we can arrange for direct collection of payment from the debtor.

The basic service is charged on an hourly basis with an hourly rate of £30.00 (this price includes the call costs). A pre-arranged number of hours will be chosen by the customer and calls will be limited to this time period. The call times can be specified by the customer if applicable.

If we are to issue letters then additional time will need to be allocated. If debts are to be physically collected by a member of the Think Quality Collections Team, then this will be charged at the hourly rate + travel expenses.
